What will we be doing...

Ablaze is a gathering of youth, families and church groups for worship and missions opportunities.  There has been a lot of "buzz" about the modern prayer movement and the missions movement strategically working together.  God is calling YWAM Virginia to step forward and host a gathering with this vision over the summer.  Each day for three weeks in July we will gather for worship, intercession, missions training and strategic missions opportunities.  We will gather to hear from God first.  In response to the Lord, we will join in unity for community oriented missions opportunities.

The outreaches include citywide prayer events, concerts, theater productions and service opportunities.  Our time will also be loaded with fun activities such as swimming, sports, visiting historic places and flying through the air on YWAM Virginia's Richmond Ropes Challenge Course.

What's the schedule?

  • Week 1 - July 5-9, 2010
  • Week 2 - July 12-16, 2010
